Impacted Wisdom Teeth

Wisdom teeth or third molars often fail to erupt in proper alignment or remain below the gums. Impacted wisdom teeth can result in swelling, pain and even infection. In most cases, it is recommend that people with impacted wisdom teeth have them surgically removed.

Dental Implants

Dental implants are an optional alternative to dentures. The implants are placed into the jawbone to act as posts to stabilize the artificial teeth. We personally evaluate each implant candidate to make sure of adequate bone level and density. Patients who receive implant services must not be prone to infection, and need to maintain good oral hygiene. Dental implants can be used to replace individual teeth, several teeth or as an alternative to a complete denture.

Improved Denture Fit

When teeth are initially extracted, oral surgery can be preformed to improve jaw irregularities prior to designing and fitting dentures; lending to a better fit. Oral surgery, in some cases, can also help denture wearers who have had chronic problems wearing dentures. Denture problems may not necessarily need a surgical remedy. The problem could be caused due to the initial design or something that may have been overlooked when the dentures were made. To find out definitively, our well rounded team along with our board certified denture technologist* will comprehensively evaluate the root to your denture problem. Regardless of your dilemma, we will help you find a satisfying solution.
