Our in-house dental laboratory is not the average in-house dental laboratory. Our laboratory is completely modern; with several technicians who have specialized training in different areas, but that is not all. Our technical director is a denturist* and a denture technologist, specialized in dentures and partial dentures. He is one of the highest credentialed denturists* in the county, holding four separate board certifications along with over twenty-five years of experience.

Immediate Dentures

Immediate dentures are dentures that are inserted into your mouth immediately following extractions. Inserting dentures immediately after extractions is very common practice. Many patients have their dentures inserted the same day their teeth are extracted. Our first step will be to provide you with a comprehensive evaluation, orientation and a question/answering session. It is best to plan ahead so that our surgeon and denture provider can coordinate a personalized treatment plan. With your assistance, we will determine a treatment that will fit your needs and allow enough time to custom manufacture your dentures and schedule your extraction and denture insertion appointment accordingly. After your teeth have been extracted and your new teeth are finally inserted into your mouth, we not only give you a thorough orientation, but invite you back at anytime for follow-up support and additional adjustments as needed.

Denture Cosmetics

Dr. Khalife always utilizes the direct services of our denturist (denture specialist)* to assure all conventional and, Comfa-Grip^TM and precision dentures are accurate. To do otherwise would be like having da Vinci or Monet creating a portrait from a brief script. It is our policy that appearance inconsistencies are caught before the denture is completed. Additionally, we carry over one-hundred tooth shades (colors), sizes, and molds (shapes) in stock, to choose from – including four new extra white shades. Our staff will let you know which visit your dentures will be at the wax try-in stage. This visit is the most important.

We recommend that you bring along a friend who has ability to help you evaluate your smile. Be sure that you like it, because if it goes to the next stage, there is no turning back; the pink wax will be permanently changed to a gum color acrylic (irreversible). Take your time, we will provide you with a mirror. We will help you go through the necessary expressions: smiling, frowning, laughing, talking, pronouncing words, etc. We will also compare them with your current dentures or a picture. We will allow sufficient time to make sure your teeth look natural and attractive. When you smile you will have confidence that your teeth will look completely natural.
